THE DEADLINE has passed, all the entrants have been counted, and around 30 local firms have been shortlisted for the Times Business Awards 2022.
With more than 100 applications returned, it has been one of the most heavily entered awards for years. Following a challenging two years those shortlisted finally have a chance to celebrate their success and resilience at the gala awards evening at Salomons Estate next Thursday, 24th March.
SitSmart are proud to be sponsoring the Best in Food and Drink award for those local business that provide truly remarkable food and/or drink in the area. The finalists in our section are Balfour Winery, The Blue Anchor and The George & Dragon – all very worthy winners!
The shortlisted entries will now be passed to the judging team, who have the unenviable task of choosing just one business from each of the 10 categories to find an overall winner. Winners will then be announced at the event itself, which promises to be a fantastic evening hosted by TV legend Eamonn Holmes.
