  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept most major credit and debit cards. Bank transfers are also welcome—our bank details are available upon request. Online payments are securely processed, but we are also happy to take payment over the phone and process it immediately. The price will be as confirmed at checkout or verbally if ordering directly.

    How do I set up an account?
    Just contact us by phone or email. Once we have your details, we’ll set up an account for you.

  • How do I place an order online?
    Ordering online is simple. Use the navigation bar to browse product categories. From each category page, you can view individual product pages, which include detailed information, images, and options to add items to your basket.

    You can also use the search box to find a specific product. On the product page, complete any available customisation options, then click Add to Basket. When you're ready, click Checkout to proceed to our secure checkout process, where you'll enter your delivery, billing, and payment details. A summary will be shown before you confirm your order.

    Can I place an order over the phone?
    Yes. We're happy to take your order by phone, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Call us on +44 (0)1892 510202.

    Do I have to pay immediately?
    You can pay immediately if you wish. For phone or showroom orders, we offer a "try before you buy" service to ensure the chair is right for you. We'll leave the chair with you for up to two weeks. Online orders require payment at checkout.

    What information is required to place an order online?
    We require an email address to send your order confirmation, and a phone number in case we need to contact you. Your billing and delivery addresses are also required, and the billing address must match your card details. You may enter separate billing and delivery addresses if needed.

    Your payment details will be securely collected. A full order summary is provided before confirmation.

    How do I place an order if I need to be invoiced?
    An invoice is provided with every order.

    What happens once I’ve placed my order?
    You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t receive it within a few hours, please contact us. We will then issue your invoice and arrange any special delivery requirements, including home or office visits and product setup.

    Can I track my order?
    Yes. You can track your order online or by calling us directly.

  • How long does delivery take?
    Delivery times vary depending on the item. If your order is placed before 1pm and the item is in stock, we aim to ship it the same day. For chair and desk orders with installation, you can specify your preferred delivery date and time.

    How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping charges are shown at checkout or available by phone.

    Can you ship items outside the UK?
    Yes, we ship to most countries. Please contact us for details and international shipping rates.

    Will I be charged import duties for overseas orders?
    If your order is subject to customs or import duties, these will be charged once the parcel arrives in your country. These charges are your responsibility. As customs policies vary, we cannot estimate the cost. Please consult your local customs office before ordering.

    You're also responsible for providing any required customs information. Sitsmart cannot be held liable for confiscated goods, import fees, or customs delays.

    Do you provide weekend services?
    Standard delivery is Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery may be available at an extra charge—please contact us to arrange this.

    Do you supply next-day delivery?
    We aim to process most orders within 24 hours. If the item is in stock, it will be sent on a 24-hour courier service. However, next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

    Will the courier move my items upstairs or into another room?
    Courier delivery is to the ground floor entrance only. They are not insured to carry items further. If Sitsmart staff deliver your order, we may be able to assist—please contact us for more details.

    Can you set up my chair or desk at my home or workplace?
    Yes. Our delivery, installation, and setup service includes full assembly of chairs and desks upon delivery.

  • How much is delivery, setup, and installation by Sitsmart staff?
    This service is free of charge.

    Is installation available everywhere?
    We deliver to the UK Mainland and the Isle of Wight. Unfortunately, installation is not available in the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland. Please contact us to check availability.

    What is the lead time from order to delivery?
    For stock items, delivery is usually within 2–5 days. Custom items or those requiring specific colours or fabrics may take longer.

    Do you remove packaging?
    Yes. If your items are delivered by Sitsmart staff, we will remove and recycle packaging or old chairs upon request. Please inform us in advance so we can bring the appropriate vehicle.

    What support and aftercare do you offer?
    We provide product guides and are available by phone or email for any queries or issues. We also assist with spare parts or repairs as needed.

    What if I want to set up the chair or desk myself?
    You may opt for courier delivery and self-assembly. You'll still receive all product information, and we’re available by phone or video call for setup support.

  • What is your return policy?

    What if my item is damaged or faulty?
    In the rare event your item is faulty, we’ll arrange collection at no cost, and either offer a refund or replacement. Please notify us within 14 days to ensure your claim is valid.

  • How do I arrange a workstation assessment?
    You can complete our workstation assessment form on the homepage, or contact us directly. One of our Sitsmart team members can assist via phone, or visit you on-site if needed.
